Position is for a full-time field superintendent with experience in mid- to high-rise commercial glazing. The superintendent must have excellent organizational and communication skills. They will supervise measurements, unloading, construction, quality control and safety, overseeing jobs from start to finish. Responsible for daily safety meetings and reports and attending production meetings with the GC. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the construction industry.
The company runs projects from $3-15 million primarily in pre-glazed window wall in mid- to high-rise residential construction. Crews are 12-30 people. The company is non-union. Some travel is required.
Must have 30 OSHA, high-reach forklift, and first aid certifications.
Compensation based on experience. Relocation assistance offered to well-qualified candidates.
